Reset the points

What point or mark should we end and reset the points at?

It's really getting high, and thanks to the guys battling it out of the top 10 in points :D
And i'm thinking some kind of reward should go to the top3 winners.

every month is good and i am too trying to come up with a reward. I dont wanna come up with the reward of skc does every month with the medals for top 3

Resetting the points every month is a good idea, it will give more and better competition I think. Go for it.

Yeah good idea to reset them after one month.
hm, can we do that the top #1 player after one month have ghost(previously recorded as ghostcar)  on all the maps he/her played for the next month.

I can't come up with any more rewards but I am thinking about having golden/silver/bronze nicknames depending if you are one of the top3 players.
That should be easy for the chat but I am also wondering if you can actually make gold/silver/bronze ingame nicks so people would stare at you while they are driving  ;)

Good idea asa, i'll try and get that implemented, as for the ghost one, we have it off now, so i don't think that would be possible.

Coloured name tags is certainly a possibility, and relatively easy to implement too.
Could also possibly do something like add the names of the previous winners to the loading screen between maps. Is a nice unobtrusive way to give them exposure.
