Damn, we are two wrong, we looked in the ban list in panel admin, there are data for banning from the system not by command /tban. I have seen that sinister wanted to join server after been banned and I wanted to unban him so I delete that info from 21st Jan. And he wanted to join yesterday and you have find this data Play. Sorry for confusion with this case.

But his story checks out :S
/tban and regular ban both show up in the ban tab in admin panel.

I had actually joined the server just prior to the ban, I didn't witness any cheats myself during the spectating just before I spawned and was somewhat surprised when sinister got banned. But I assumed playboy had a good reason for it.
The new NOS script wasn't in effect at the time he was banned.
Just adding my side to the story.

Script was installed demonseed  verified this with chat records i wrote prior to the ban
