Resolution
« on: December 03, 2016, 10:55:20 AM »
I am playing with the resolution 800x600 and some things like the leaderboard, toptimes and scoreboard are too big. It could be better if it was fixed for low resolutions. Thanks for reading.

Guys. It's true, we have 2016 year and most of the people have resolution like 1920x1080 or more, but in my opinion all boxes in script should be responsive, then it looks great on everything. Idk how it works on MTA, but in web it's called "Responsive Web Design" (mm RWD :D) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Responsive_web_design

You can hide the "leaderboard" by typing /splittimes_toggle in the chat. You can hide toptimes by pressing F5. Can't help with tab, I think tab isn't so serious problem for you.
I still have 1366x768 xd

Because it's a game which dates from 2003?

So if the game is from 2003 you should have expected the pc's to be from 2003 too

If you use a PC from before 2003 you have to use it for email with Outlook Express 1.0, and Internet Explorer 4.0 thats so much fun.
Play cool Dos games with it, like Sanitarium or even Grand Theft Auto 1.0. I'm sure it will run smoothly on Windows 98 or Windows XP.

Some weeks ago I was working on a PC from 2004. It showed not even the Windows LiveMail webpage properly. Bad scripts, lol.

Hardware moves on, the software of MTA didn't really move on. Unless you want to spend 12 months writing your own code.

Thanks for the advise, I really thought I was in 2005. If I had the opportunity I'd buy a good computer or just improve the one I have, but I don't have money for it and I can't find a job where I live. So sorry for that if in your country things are easier. Have a good day.

Hey Razen, welcome to the forum. Moonlord already has given you some good advices. I'm not sure if our scripters can fix this quickly.

Make the best of it and have fun playing at our server :)

Hey Razen,

You can fix the scoreboard by pressing 'Settings' in the right lower corner. There you can edit the scale to make the scoreboard smaller.

Some resources have settings like relax mentioned, the others require a decent amount of scripting (which our scripters might not want to do).
