Hi West,
We had a lot of fun playing in the Sik Fun test server and I never saw any bad behaviour from you, however your nicknames have alot of controversy and (IMO) is too early to do the app again, let the things calm down, play with good behaviour and show your maturity for a few weeks and you'll have a yes from me.  ;)

Westwood, now I’m a little disappointed. Your previous app had a lot of negativity because of the different name shit. I asked you to WAIT A COUPLE OF MONTHS. I said that 7 days ago, and now you apply again.
