MTA Admin Rules
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Admin abuse: Please do not use administrative powers for personal advantage. Any use of admin powers without adequate reason may result in your rights being revoked.

Cheating: Any admin or player found using any kind of hacks or anything that gives some advantage over another player will immediately lose their rights and receive a ban.

Bans: You may ban someone (if your able to) when:
- The player you see is using speed hacks, flying hacks, anything that is unfair over everyone else.
- Failure to comply to stop spamming the server.

Warns: You may warn someone if:
- The player you see is going around a track in a backward motion. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is purposely blocking ramps, jumps or small passageways. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is purposely spamming or flooding the chat. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is purposely ramming other people. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is purposely talking in a different language. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is calling other players racial names or names. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).

Kicking: You may kick someone if:
- The player you see has come back from being kicked previously and is continuing to heavily spam.
- The player you see has come back from being kicked previously and is continuing to ram people.
- The player you see has come back from being kicked previously and is continuing to block ramps, jumps or small passageways.

Muting: You may mute someone if:
- The player you see is purposely talking in a different language.
- The player you see is vote spamming. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is flooding or spamming the chat.
- The player you see is abusing other players.

Spotting a cheater: To spot a cheater you will need to witness one of these:
- The players car has much faster acceleration than that of any other players cars on a long straight.
- The players car has a higher top speed than that of any other players cars on a long straight.
- The players car looks damaged but their health bar stays full. (Green in colour).
- The players car is up in the air and staying there without the use of bounce mines or jumps.
- The players car rams any other player right across the map. (This is not to be confused with lag).

Multi-Clanning: We now allow multi-clanning, don't go too crazy

Language: Please don't repeatedly ask a player to talk english because if they can't then they won't and will recieve a pointless mute. We cannot make them speak english. Just remember that the english language is preferred in the server, it is not crucial that they always speak english. However if you know they can speak english, you may continue to warn/mute/kick them.

Nickname: Your nickname is an important recognizing for other SiK members and guests. Therefore it’s not allowed to change your nickname in-game and/or the FullySiK website. If you think it’s necessarily your current nickname needs to be changed, just send a PM to a Main admin so he can change it for you.
