We now have a awesome master scripter at our disposal, Simon or (BOSS)samt.
I current have him making the addcom and emote scripts

He has already made the /rank script for us. And some misc fixes and scripts.
If you would like to see any script you miss or would like on the server please request it here.

And before you ask, no we are not doing away with our other great scripter Demi, without him we wouldn't have our kickass ban script, the pointsoutput, points in the scoreboard, sikcolours, siklogo and the topplayers script

The new server is at least twice as fast, hopefully eliminating all server lagg.

New Xeon Quad-Core
4 gigs of ram
larger HDD
and way more GB's per month.

Yeah we need to do some things to get the server more popular.

I'm thinking we put back all the maps we had in the MTA: Race days, dm maps,noobs maps(which I hate), and all the rest.

The Following rules will be taken into account in the server(s) at all times, no other is allowed!

MTA Server RULES
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do Not Flood The Chat: Spam voting is unacceptable as we feel that other users should be allowed to choose their own maps, not what one person wants to play. Any other type of flooding will result in either warnings and eventually a kick from the server. Failure to comply after that, will result in a serial ban.

No Cheats and Cheap Play: This rule is simple, Anything that gives advantage to you over another player will not be tolerated and will therefore result in a immediate serial banning from the server, Without warning. If you are however going out of your way to purposely prevent other players from finishing the race, you will be warned and/or kicked.

Speak English: The preferred language for the server(s) is English, If however you can't speak English fluently try your best to and that will be good enough

. Purposefully talking in a different language will result in a quick mute.

Dis-Respect: Do NOT Dis-Respect any other player as this will not be tolerated and will result in a kick from the server.

Have Fun: Remember to have fun! even show us what your made of! We do like a good challenge

Spawnglitches: When a spawnglitch happens at the beginning of a race,(a spawnglitch is when your car starts going before "GO!") even if your by yourself. Always !redo, every time, no exceptions! If a toptime is done because of that, it is invalid and not a legit toptime, and will be deleted. If you do not report it, it might be considered cheating.

Cloning: Cloning other people or using our tag without permission will result in a couple of warnings to remove your name. Failure to comply, will result in a kick or serial ban.

MTA ADMIN RULES

Admin Abuse: Please try to limit your usage of commands, For example:
- Purposely using Freeze commands to stop people and allow you to win the race.
- Purposely using Mute commands to stop people from talking for no reason.
- Purposely using !redo while other people are in the server to restart the race because you want to play it again. On your own is fine in limited amounts.

No Cheating: Any Admin or player found using any kind of hacks or anything that gives advantage over another player will immediately lose their Admin abilities and receive a ban.

Bans: You may ban someone (if your able to) when:
- The player you see is using speed hacks, flying hacks, anything that is unfair over everyone else.
- Failure to comply to stop spamming the server.

Warns: You may Warn someone if:
- The player you see is going around a track in a backward motion. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is purposely blocking ramps, jumps or small passageways. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is purposely spamming or flooding the chat. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is purposely ramming other people. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is purposely talking in a different language. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is calling other players racial names or names. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).

Kicking: You may kick someone if:
- The player you see has come back from being kicked previously and is continuing to heavily spam.
- The player you see has come back from being kicked previously and is continuing to ram people.
- The player you see has come back from being kicked previously and is continuing to block ramps, jumps or small passageways.

Muting: You may mute someone if:
- The player you see is purposely talking in a different language.
- The player you see is vote spamming. (Make sure your giving a reason so they know what they're doing wrong).
- The player you see is flooding or spamming the chat.
- The player you see is calling other players racial names or names.

Spotting a Cheater: To spot a cheater you will need to witness one of these:
- The players car is much faster Acceleration wise than that of any players cars on a long straight.
- The players car is much faster Top Speed wise than that of any players cars on a long straight.
- The players car looks damaged but their health bar stays full. (Green in colour).
- The players car is up in the air and staying there without the use of bounce mines or jumps.
- The players car rams any other player right across the map. (This is not to be confused with lag).

With literally hundreds of changes including tweaks, fixes and features, MTA:SA 1.0 is simply the best modification for Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. We urge all server owners to look into our Nightly Builds to ensure their scripts will be compatible. MTA:Race server owners should check our Upgrading to 1.0 and its Benefits page.

Please bear in mind this is subject to anything breaking at the last minute - despite our best efforts, these things do happen. However, the mod is now "feature locked", and the Resources package will not be getting any last minute modifications - unless any serious bugs arise.

Currently we're in the process of testing a Release Candidate which we hope will turn out to be the real installer.

If you feel there is even the slightest chance that yours has been edited at some point then I strongly recommend you download and use this file.
