After contacting and "torturing" customer support for weeks, my speed is back to normal.
Next month, I might switch to another ISP using the existing copper wires and get a speed around 7 Mbit/s since they offer much cheaper services.

Guess I won't be using cable internet after all.
The technician told us few months ago they would connect our house, the company has now decided not to but they said they would do it in 1 year perhaps...
My internet speed has dropped to 2.90 Mb/s for some reason and it will stay that way till year 2030 or 2100...
