Multi Theft Auto Discussion / unknow player like [SiK]Blacky, false name of course...

A unknown player was joined our server with false name ([SiK]Blacky).
Logan speak  to him in spanish but the player don't know the language.
So also he can not follow me... very bad player.
We discart so many options and discovered that it wasn't blacky.
He disconnected after logan speak spanish to him.
