Tbh, I don't know you and I have never heard of you. Though, I was quite surprised when I saw your video.
Your skills are not bad, and I'm quite sure you can improve alot. I can't judge you on your behaviour, because we haven't met yet.
Try to play more on our server, or go to FFS were we/I usually play. I'd assume you play on Mr.green, because Arstek loves to play shitty race maps.
Go to SiK or FFS for some decent maps.

probably you have same skills like me when im starting back to played race after focusing on DM (1 day after DoA Closed)

there are some statement why i choose Neutral:

Here's Short Investigation
1. when you got fails or subscribe lamp (dont fully looking for you), you didnt try to complete it, and directly u spectate others (same as me, but i have fix it)
2. probably you have same problems to me, need to more practice because you have potential but nothing showed up during play with me for short time
3. after short investigation, you have low skills but you have great attitude. if some of sik member know you well, sure there must be some potential on your side

other than that, you're good. wish you luck 
hope you gonna fix your problem and i will changed my vote to Yes, loveya!

Good critique man, I think this will be useful for him btw just an anotation:
When I wasn't good as now, I usually go to spectators when I fail and all of that to watch ppl that drives better than me and learn from it. Isn't just that you don't want to give up hehe.

Now there aren't people with "potential". All what you need to do is just play 24/7... About spectating after fail - it's not as good as continuing race. You will know why when you start playing clanwars
