Creating a new server

Hi guys, I am creating a new server which is currently under-development. It's not of a clan by the way, It's just a community like Gta.ru
I need some good admins like you guys have on SiK server. Hope you guys visit, have a nice visit and feel free to help me

Also is it locally hosted or on a dedicated server?

Its hosted by a company in Germany, they have an ULTRA-SPEC dedicated server on which they host MTA servers.

You have some maps tho. Not some but alot I backuped file 3_-maps3season- from GTA.RU, and lot of more. You can check it out tho.
