I had a similiar situation in 2013 when i was trying to join SiK. I saw that my skills were not good enough for SiK so i tried other clans (DoN and FoX). My advice - stop trying so hard to join SiK, you are just not ready for it. Join other clans, gain some experience in CW's, play in tournaments. I don't know if i can vote or not, i'm not a full SiK member. Take my advice, it might help you.
