Another Help Needed

Hi guys, as most of you know that I joined SiK server in 2012 and applied the day I joined but after getting denied I lost my hope and courage of being a professional racer then I joined uDka for sometime and then I left race and joined back as uDka. I've left uDka because SiK was my dream. Now I am back and If i'll get denied 100 times i'll still not lose my hope but there's a problem for me to get skilled.. I see most of the racers going too fast around me through which I think that I can't do it, they're trained for years and then I feel sad . So I decided to post on the forums. I'd appreciate if someone train me and tell me how much time does it take to become a skilled racer. I am trying hard these days to reach the level I want to. And if you want something in return, I can give you guys the following things:
- Respect
- An Absolutely free server with 16 slots
- I'm a little bit GUI and LUA scripter too, so you can ask me easy scripts
Please guys seriously I need help as I've seen that you guys will help me of course because the behavior of SiK members is good to me.

Use the minimap, do never release w, use handbrake and s together.

Watch my video for some tricks, but how people say play on server and learn from yourself and looking people.

Spectate how the others drive and try to do the same. Train, and over-train, improve is a thing is about months and months but you will see the improvements every week.
Btw, don't wait to drive like the best racers in two weeks. But maybe you can do something nice to enter in SiK in some time, training well.

First ensure you have a constant 50 fps, then use the command ''/nos nfs''
Stop only on vehicles with S, space and S for bikes.
Eventually be improving maps times you have completed that is saved in top 10
and never write in chat: I fail

2 years ago, i was bad on racing, but i improved by doings this - i watched others how they race. For example, i watched ShelbyMTA on YT xd and i tried to set similiar tops or i even i tried to beat him (but that is almost immposible lol).
