Did you register your nick at Maptest server? And probably the best way is either PMing me or Tiger at FOTL forums.
I was there today and nobody from there practiced the maps, is imposibel in that server the people are playing another maps. And there is 60 fps, is a bit different, and you have to play about 1 hour and 15 minutes, is a lot of time. And remember tu put /nos nfs.

The main reason it's because it's a maptest server, so people usually join and train maps. You can reserve a specific time here (

You can reserve the server at 19:00 or 23:00, but not at 20:00 or 22:00

Also remember that ALL of the times are in Moscow time. To lock the server, you need to find somebody with level 9 who can do it. I'm usually online at FOTL forums so you can PM me there if you want to tell me anything, or ask.

There are no cheaters, only people with admin. If you want to play a map, you need to have level 8, and you can do /nextmap, and you will play the map after the person finishes. If someone doesn't respect your /nextmap, you can report him here (
