Hi,

You need to navigate to your server installation files X:/Program Files/MTA San Andreas 1.3.1/server/mods/deathmatch/mtaserver.conf

Open that file in Notepad or something like that and press CTRL + F to find "ase" (without the ") change this line <ase>0</ase> from 0 to a 1 so it would look like this <ase>1</ase>

Ok, when did you start your server, just now?

Sometimes it can take some time for newer servers to show up in the listing.

Connor do you have your ports forwarded? If not, it will never appear in the server list!

@edit: Also no one will be able to join.

The main game-monitor server is down, so any new server for the past few months don't show.

For several months now when the server connects there is always this message.

It's all over the forums too.

[2012-10-31 08:40:39] Querying game-monitor.com master server... failed! (302: Moved temporarily)
[2012-10-31 08:40:39] Querying backup master server... success!
