My mates computer has stopped working, every time he turns it on, it beeps, its not anything loose, or dust, as we have checked them, any suggestion's

Those are usually hardware related, like a bad ram stick.

I'd remove all components and install them one by one and try starting the computer after I install each component to see which one causes the problem. It might be hard to understand when they are all running together.
