Race Server moved to a faster and better server, also updated to 1.0.5

The new server is at least twice as fast, hopefully eliminating all server lagg.

New Xeon Quad-Core
4 gigs of ram
larger HDD
and way more GB's per month.

And the server has been updated to the newer 1.0.5
