Name That You Were Banned Under: [SiKr]GioNux'.
Reason You Were Banned: Supposed use of cheats (Speed Hack) on the part of, Thing that is not true.
Why You Should Be Unbanned: Because I do not use tricks in the game and am a person who plays I clean, To use tricks seems to me to be slightly very noob.

I never cheat them, I would never do it I am a person of word. I leave it to criterion of the Players and Admins.

To be honest, I've not really seen you race at all so shouldn't really speculate as to whether or not you cheat.
Personally I'm a fan of the benefit of the doubt, but I don't know how much doubt there is in this instance.

OK the proper question is who actually saw him cheat.
I have never seen him cheat, rather curious to see if he was wrongfully banned.
Maybe he was never taught how to control a mess properly, alot of SiKr's when they have joined SiK don't know how to until they observe other admins actions.

Well i need to say what Gionux no is a cheater or hacker. im go to play in this house of gionux sometimes and he dont used cheat or mods or hacks, anything related to cheating. This is a good player and have a Fast PC. ¿where are the tests? It's your choice... Admins.
By the way, sometimes I start first and I'm afraid someone thinks I'm a cheater for that reason.

from what ive been reading of these appeals is that you are trying to state that we dont do our job right, even though we have had years and years of practise doing it, if demon catches you or grim, or anyone, thats it, your over and done with

I'm not saying that you do not do the job well or charged with anything. I'm just giving reasons and explanations for this. I don't want to make enemies here trying to defend my friend but if you believe that he's a cheater I respect your decision but I had to say what I think and what was.

I have so much experience in SAMP, since you I am not any person Novata..
In MTA I have the basic thing I play it is to enjoy the improvements that exist in the game.

lol man,is fair clearly you cheated, a lot of persons saw it,but not common people,SiK and SKC,that are professional clans, and you also was considered a friend by me(And still even cheater) when you joined as sikr.We never will start lying that a person cheat only cause we dont like him. One day the boy entered the Server attempting gionux logging in this effort throughout the server's password was the feed that may have been cloned and used cheatz with this account but to be more certain what I say or a way to confirm this is to look the logs to see if your ip changes at some point,,,

And my advice is to completly reinstall GTA and MTA, remove any mods that you had, even car mods will modify your handling.

yeh, gratz on the second chance...
Just to let you know, he was banned from our server because one of our admins was racing on SiK. He always found Gionux' driving style a bit dodgy and was eventually passed by GioNux when our admin had his nitro on and was doing the track really tight (and I mean tight). He was 100% convinced Gionux' was hacking, thus he banned him from SKC, and Gionux' will remain to be banned from our server.
We're also pretty damn sure it was the real one.
Our member typed a subtle 'hmm', and Gionux started sending pm's to him to stop making assumptions..., similar to the way he has been doing in this thread.
Just letting you know, we didn't ban him because he was banned in SiK, it were 2 independant decisions.
So enjoy your 2nd chance while you can GioNux, you won't get one on our server.

Very well for having solved this problem as best as possible.
