Exactly, just as bad as pming everyone to vote for your application. I'm pretty sure these who do this will leave the clan within one/two months, it's really annoying and such activity should be mentioned in application rules as forbidden.

Fortunately you haven't done any mistakes while applying for the second time, and that makes me think about your application in more positive way. I'm not playing enough these days, so I will wait for others to make a statement...Tho I see you from time to time and you're doing pretty good :D

I cannot agree about not seeing Deion on training, he was active quite often and I appreciate it. Also, I know he's got school right now and he cannot play this much.

About the third point, ye - you're always switching to 'spectator' while racing Deion, it'll not make you better in any way. Especially when you're watching 1th driving xd.
I also know you'll make the app for the third time and you're convinced to play as SiK.
I'm waiting for others to vote, I'm NEUTRAL for now and willing to give you my YES. Good luck.

About his inactivity, if I'm not bad he wrote on webchat that he will be inactive because of studies 1 month ago or smth, can be checked on the archives (idk if I'm correct on this exactly)
About him spectating the others racing that's not a bad thing. I did years ago when I saw Blacky, Hijack, Blade, WintersuN, Shelby, etc playing to see their lines and how to take turns on random maps, it's a way to learn, like when you spectate the lines of a guy that have a good time in a cw map.
I just wanted to give my opinion about that and maybe, if he's not ready to join as fully SiK and he's not active, give like 1-2 months more like did another times with other inactive members that cannot show up their improvements due to personal things.

Actually, almost nothing changed (Ok, maybe his language isn't offensive now)

I party agree with previous posts.
Bad skills and didn't improve.
About inactivity: he was very active at the start of his recruit period so it is not a problem that he is a bit less active now but every time he fails he goes to spec mode. It's not a bad thing that he is spectating other players (to become more skilled by looking at others). In fact, that's a good method to learn some lines as Malekith said but it won't make you better if you don't try them out. The thing is that he starts every race and after a fail he doesn't continue it. The main rule is to never give up.
You claim that you will play 2 hours a day.. it won't help if your attitude is the same.
Never played in a cw / never trained *
*He trained Banshee Mountain for MAG but he had only tt10 (many seconds slower than others - so in my opinion it doesn't count)

Besides... what an idiod do you have to be to join SiK server with name [SiKr]PapistoDeion, get kicked from SiK server because of bad nickname and then do the same thing 12 TIMES AND ASK "WHY DOES THE SERVER KICK ME?". :'( ??? ???

So good luck with that part in your life. As some members already suggested you probably wait 2-3 months and do another app again - with new motivation and better skills :P

What I want to say is that you shouldn't be disappointed about your denial. Keep your head up and try again! All in all I got to know you as a good person, sometimes a bit immature but still good.
